Peppermint Holiday Park in Devon is Dawlish Warren's only Visit Britain 4 star Camping, Touring and Holiday Park and is just a few minutes level walk from one of South Devon's finest Blue Flag and Seaside Award beaches.
Peppermint Holiday Park is the nearest to the sandy beach and all that Dawlish Warren has to offer and is perfect for your Devon family caravan and camping holiday or short UK break. Secluded in its own 26 acres of beautifully maintained grounds, it also has far reaching views of the rolling Devon countryside over Dawlish Warren and the Exe estuary. We take great pride in maintaining our Holiday Park to the highest standards and our hard work and dedication has again been recognised by both the David Bellamy Gold Award for Conservation and The Green Tourism Business Scheme for our efforts to promote sustainable tourism.Site Opening

Directions to Campsite
From most parts of the Country, take the M5 motorway to junction 30 at Exeter.
Follow directions for Dawlish on the A379 which will take you through the villages of Kenton and Starcross. Continue on the A379 until you reach the edge of Dawlish, at which point you will see Dawlish Warren signposted to the left, just before Marine Garage; a Texaco service station.
Follow the road into Dawlish Warren, past the Mount Pleasant Inn and down a steep hill. At the bottom of the hill, follow the road around to the left and continue past Gerald’s Supermarket. You will then see the entrance to Peppermint Park on the left-hand side.
Booking Conditions
Once a booking has been made and accepted by Peppermint Park, refunds will not be made for whatever reason, including in circumstances such as (but not limited to) cancellations prior to arrival, early departure of guests own choosing and early departure at the request of Peppermint Park.
We cater for families and couples and do not accept bookings from stag / hen / single sex parties and mixed groups of youngsters. We do not accept bookings from persons aged less than 25 years.
If by 10am on the day after the day on which your holiday is due to start you have not occupied your accommodation or pitch, and you have not informed us that you will be arriving after this time, then you will be deemed to have cancelled your booking and the accommodation or pitch will be re-let.
Touring and Camping and Seasonal Touring Pitches:
Touring and Camping bookings are from 2pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of
departure. A deposit of £50.00 per week / part week for touring and camping pitches is to be
paid at the time of booking and the balance must be paid 28 clear days before the holiday begins.
If the balance is not received 28 days before the holiday is due to begin, then Peppermint Park reserves the right to re-let the pitch with the loss of your deposit.
